Support continuity in the classroom at a secondary school in Chesham. This opportunity is for someone who can supervise lessons, give clear direction and help pupils stay focused on their learning.
Working as a Cover Supervisor, you will oversee classes when their usual teacher is unavailable. The role covers general secondary lessons rather than a specified subject, so you will need to follow the instructions and materials provided for each class. It offers varied experience across the school day and the chance to play a practical part in keeping learning moving.
Responsibilities
Supervise pupils in lessons across the secondary curriculum.
Share the teacher's instructions and make sure pupils know what work to complete.
Encourage participation and maintain a focused classroom.

Report any significant concerns or incidents through the school's usual procedures.
Requirements
