Position Details:

Role: Cover Supervisor
Salary: £100 - £150 per day
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Horley

Your Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be essential in ensuring a positive and productive learning environment when regular teaching staff are absent. Your key responsibilities will include:

Supervising students and maintaining classroom discipline according to school policies.
Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans to ensure smooth and continuous learning.
Assisting students with their learning and providing necessary support.
Building positive relationships with students to foster a supportive and respectful atmosphere.
Communicating effectively with teaching staff and school leadership to maintain consistency in student learning.
