Salary: £95 - £110 per day

About the Role:
We are currently recruiting confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to work across a range of secondary schools in the Worksop area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in education, whether you are considering a future in teaching or seeking flexible work within schools.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering pre-set work to students in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring a positive and productive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervising classes during teacher absences
Delivering lesson materials and instructions provided by teaching staff
Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Supporting students to stay on task with their work
Reporting back to teaching staff on lesson outcomes and any issues
Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in managing groups of young people
A flexible and proactive approach
Previous experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)
A degree or relevant qualification (preferred)
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
