We're looking for passionate Cover Supervisors to work across a range of Secondary schools in Lincolnshire on a daily supply and long-term basis.

We work with fantastic schools local to you and are continuously recruiting for Cover Supervisors and Graduates to join us. Whether you're seeking a full or part-time role, we have opportunities to suit you.

The role is particularly well suited to people who are confident leading groups and maintaining a calm classroom environment. You do not need to be a qualified teacher, making this an excellent route into education for graduates and experienced professionals from other backgrounds.

As a Cover Supervisor on supply, you will;

Supervising classes across KS3 and KS4
Delivering pre-prepared lesson materials
Maintaining appropriate classroom expectations
Supporting students with their work
Managing low-level behaviour effectively
Reporting any issues or concerns to teaching staff

To join us and be successful as a Cover Supervisor, you will need to:

Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable)- or willing to obtain one
Professional reference checks
CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
Legal right to work in the UK
