We are recruiting for a number of positions across Slough, Berkshire, including opportunities within Primary, Secondary and Specialist Educational Needs provisions. What you'll be doing...

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll play an important role in ensuring pupils remain engaged throughout the school day by:

Delivering pre-planned lessons provided by teaching staff.
Managing classroom behaviour using each school's behaviour policy.
Encouraging pupils to remain focused and complete set work.
Providing support to individuals and small groups where appropriate.
Recording lesson outcomes and providing clear handover notes.
Promoting a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment.
Working across a range of curriculum subjects depending on the setting.

What we're looking for...

Successful applicants will demonstrate:

Experience working with children or young people in an educational or similar environment.
Confidence leading groups of pupils independently.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
The ability to adapt quickly to different classrooms.
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
The right to work in the UK.
