What you'll be doing:

Supervising classes and delivering pre-set work across a range of subjects
Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
Supporting the continuation of learning in a teacher's absence
Building familiarity with Durham schools and staff over time
We're looking for:

Graduates in any discipline, or individuals with existing experience in a school or supervisory setting
Confidence managing a room and keeping students on task
A reliable, professional approach
Strong communication skills
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
