TeacherActive are proud to be working with many Secondary Schools across Frodsham. We are now hiring Cover Supervisors to provide dependable and exceptional employees to our school network.
Our Cover Supervisors play an important role in school operations, whether they are employed temporarily, permanently, or on a daily basis. A Cover Supervisor's job description does not include planning or preparation, All the work is set by class teachers, and you will be required to follow the lesson plans and ensure behaviour and lesson disruption is at a minimum across key stages 3/KS3 and 4/KS4.
The successful Cover Supervisor will have:
CACHE LEVEL 2/3 OR 6 months experience
Be confident in their ability to manage a class of students within the age range 11 to 16+
Be able to manage behaviour in the classroom to ensure students remain engaged
Be flexible to work throughout the school within different departments and with different age ranges daily
