Job Title: Secondary School Cover Supervisor
Provide Education are seeking a confident and reliable Cover Supervisors in the East Midlands for both long term and day to day work.
Secondary School Cover Supervisor benefits:

Secondary School Cover Supervisor role requirements:
* Previous experience working with young people (school-based desirable)
* Confident managing a classroom independently
* Strong behaviour management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive and adaptable approach
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
* Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply through The Education Specialists
A successful Secondary School Cover Supervisor will:
* Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
* Ensure pupils remain engaged and on task
* Provide feedback to teaching staff on pupil progress and behaviour
* Support a positive and structured learning environment
* Build strong relationships with pupils and staff
