Your Role as a Cover Supervisor
* Deliver pre-set lessons and maintain a productive classroom environment.
* Manage student behavior in line with school policies.
* Support learning across Key Stages 3 and 4.
* Quickly establish rapport with staff and students alike.
What We’re Looking For
* UK experience as a Cover Supervisor or within a school setting.
* Confident communication and classroom management skills.
* GCSEs in English & Maths (minimum).
* Enhanced DBS registered on the update service – or willingness to obtain one.
