The Opportunity

We're expanding our network of Cover Supervisors ahead of upcoming requirements across Bath's secondary schools.

You'll step into classrooms when teachers are absent, oversee pre-planned lessons and help ensure pupils continue learning in a structured and supportive environment. Confidence, adaptability and a positive approach to behaviour management are key.

What You'll Be Doing

Supervising classes across a variety of secondary subjects

Explaining and overseeing work set by the class teacher

Encouraging pupils to stay on task and participate

Managing behaviour calmly and consistently

Following school policies and maintaining classroom safety

Building positive working relationships with pupils and school staff
