Role Overview: We are seeking commited Cover Supervisors to join our team to support the Trust. The Successful Candidates will work within a secondary school, delivering pre-planned lessons to students and support with their academic growth.
Guide Pupils through pre-planned lessons ensuring they are engaging and effective.
Help to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Support the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.
Record student progress, providing feedback to teachers.Req
Experience working in a secondary School/School Setting
Strong understanding of the national curriculum and educational best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Ability to drive is preffered, if not you must have sufficient links to pubic transport. What We Offer:
