Key Responsibilities
Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
Manage classroom behaviour and maintain pupil engagement
Support pupils with learning activities
Create a positive and productive classroom environment
Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures
What We're Looking For
Experience working with young people
Strong behaviour management skills
Confidence leading a classroom independently
A resilient, reliable and adaptable approach
Experience in coaching, care, youth work or support roles
A relevant BA or MA degree is desirable but not essential
