Location: Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells
Salary: £90 - £100 per day
Start date: Immediately
Contract: Term Time

Looking for an opportunity to lead and inspire young minds while fostering a passion for learning? Join our team at GSL Education Kent as a Cover Supervisor for our esteemed client schools in Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in creating a learning environment that nurtures, engages, and supports students in achieving their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Classroom Supervision: Take charge of supervising classes during teacher absences, fostering a positive and productive atmosphere for optimal learning.
Guidance and Support: Offer valuable guidance and support to students, ensuring they complete tasks to the highest standard and empowering them in their academic pursuits.
Effective Communication: Address general inquiries and provide constructive feedback after cover lessons, contributing to a continuous cycle of improvement.
Collaborative Approach: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent approaches, providing additional support to students with varying needs.
Student Well-being: Play a significant role in fostering a nurturing ethos within the school community and contribute to student well-being.
