These schools are committed to providing high-quality education and creating positive learning environments where both staff and students can thrive. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates considering a career in teaching, as well as overseas-trained teachers whose qualifications may not currently meet UK QTS requirements but who are keen to gain valuable classroom experience while working towards their teaching goals.

The schools are looking to appoint reliable Cover Supervisors on a full-time basis from September. The successful Cover Supervisor will deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects, maintain excellent classroom behaviour, support students in their learning and build positive relationships with staff and pupils. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop classroom confidence, gain experience across different subject areas and build a strong foundation for a future career in education.

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:

• Previous experience working with secondary-aged students in a school or educational setting
• Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills
• The confidence to deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A flexible, proactive and adaptable approach
• A genuine passion for supporting young people to achieve their full potential
