Randstad Education is presently recruiting Cover Supervisors in and around Blackpool,Lancaster and the coast of Fylde. While classroom experience is preferred, it is not mandatory for this role.

Responsibilities:

Distributing/collecting work and providing explanations to the class.
Ensuring students remain focused during lessons.
Adhering to the school's Behaviour Policy for effective classroom management.
Communicating efficiently with students and colleagues.Requirements:

Passion for Education.
Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply).
Legal right to work in the UK.
