GSL Education Lincolnshire is looking for a motivated and reliable Cover Supervisor to join a well-regarded school in Grimsby. This role is ideal for those looking to gain experience in education and support students' learning journeys.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher.
Ensure students are engaged and focused on their assigned tasks.
Implement the provided lesson plans and instructions.
Address any classroom issues or concerns promptly.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Experience in a similar role is a plus.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Ability to create a positive and effective learning environment.
Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service.
