Salary: £100 - £120 per day
Do you have the confidence to take control of a secondary classroom and ensure pupils remain focused on their work?
Have you previously supported secondary-aged pupils and developed strong behaviour management skills?
Are you looking for a Cover Supervisor role that allows you to build experience within supportive mainstream secondary schools?
TeacherActive is proud to work alongside mainstream secondary schools throughout Cwmbran. We are seeking confident and dependable Cover Supervisors to provide classroom cover across KS3 and KS4 from September.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will deliver work that has been pre-planned by teaching staff, manage classroom behaviour and provide pupils with the guidance they need to complete their work successfully.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Previous experience working with children or young people
• Confidence managing groups of secondary-aged pupils
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
• The ability to follow lesson plans and instructions effectively
• A flexible and adaptable attitude
• A professional and positive approach to education
