As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining educational continuity in the absence of regular teachers.
Your Responsibilities:
* Supervising classes and ensuring students remain on task with the work set by the absent teacher.
* Managing classroom behavior and maintaining a positive learning environment.
* Providing support and guidance to students as needed.
* Upholding the school's policies and procedures.
Requirements for this role include:
* Degree level qualification
* Strong subject knowledge in the specialism you will be teaching
* Experience working with secondary school students is advantageous.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
* Flexible and adaptable to changing situations.
* A positive attitude and a commitment to supporting student learning.
