Mana Education is currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work on a supply basis in secondary schools across Spalding and nearby towns and villages. We offer both day-to-day cover and long-term placements. ✨

???? The Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Deliver pre-set work to students
- Manage classroom behaviour ????‍????
- Ensure a positive and productive learning environment ????
- Gain experience across a variety of schools

✅ Requirements:
- Previous experience working in UK schools (essential) ????
- Own transport (essential ????)
- A confident and professional approach to classroom management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ????
