Cover Supervisor

Description:

We are recruiting for a Cover Supervisor to work in Secondary Schools across Solihull. Working for Flourish Education gives you the opportunity to only work the days you want to work in the schools you want to work at, giving you a great work/life balance.

Working as a day to day Cover Supervisor you will be expected to:

Create a positive and stimulating learning environment
Effectively manage the behavior of pupils
Deliver pre planned lessons, in an engaging and creative way to your class
Support and monitor student’s progression in lessons
To apply for this role you will need:

A Degree or Level 3 Qualification
Experience working in a UK Secondary School
Enthusiasm for teaching
Experience working as a Cover Supervisor
Ability to build rapport with students
Strong behaviour management skills
Good classroom management skills

You will be working in various secondary schools across Solihull and they are easily commutable from Shirley, Knowle, Dorridge, Kings Heath, Moseley, Hall Green, Acocks Green, Balsall Co,,on and Hampton in Arden.
