Cover Supervisor

Principal Resourcing are seeking to recruit a full-time Cover Supervisor for one of our partnership secondary schools in Hull (HU6), East Riding of Yorkshire. Th Ofsted rated ‘Good’ secondary school is looking for an experienced Cover Supervisor who can work on a full-time basis for the rest of the academic year. There is the potential for the role to become permanent for the right candidate.

The school require an effective Cover Supervisor who:

* Is flexible and adaptable.

* Has strong behaviour management skills.

* Has excellent communication skills: you will ne required to have fluent spoken and written English to communicate with students.

* Is professional and committed to the role.

* Has the ability to build a strong rapport with students and quickly.

* Is able to deal with difficult circumstances promptly and effectively.
