As an Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of learning in our school.

We are seeking an experienced Cover Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising classes during the short-term absence of teachers, ensuring that students continue to engage in meaningful learning activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise classes across various subject areas, maintaining a positive learning environment.
Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure that learning objectives are met.
Manage classroom behavior in accordance with school policies and procedures.
Support students in their learning and provide assistance as needed.
Liaise with teaching staff and senior leadership to ensure smooth operation of the school day.
Qualifications and Experience:

Previous experience working as a Cover Supervisor in a school setting is essential.
A degree in Education or a related field is preferred, though not mandatory.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with students.
Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different teaching environments.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
