Location: The Law Court, Winchester, SO23 9EL
Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour
Contract Type: Full-time temporary until 01/07/25 with possibility of extension
Work Hours: 37 h per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00

Engage with court users and members of the public in a courteous and professional manner.
Demonstrate proficiency in IT, managing remote video hearings, coordinating with prisons, and handling recording equipment.
Utilise Cloud Video Platform technology to facilitate remote attendance at court proceedings.
Perform general administrative duties during non-court hours, ensuring operational efficiency.
Collaborate closely with adjudicators and court sections, fostering effective communication and coordination.Skills and Experience:

Friendly and Approachable: Excellent customer service skills to engage effectively with court users and the Judiciary.
Multitasking Abilities: Capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills for clear and effective information exchange.
IT Proficiency: Ability to learn and adapt to different technologies and software packages.
Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational and time-keeping skills to ensure the smooth running of court proceedings.Desired Competencies:
