???? About Us: Join Brook Street Ltd in a dynamic role at Salisbury Law Courts (SP2 7EP) as a Court Usher (Admin Assistant). We're thrilled to offer this opportunity on a full-time temporary basis, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00, with a competitive pay rate of £11.44 per hour.
???? Job Responsibilities: As a Court Usher, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of the courts. Your duties will include:
Assisting courts and members of the public face-to-face.
Utilizing IT skills to handle remote video hearings, liaise with prisons, and manage recording equipment and courtroom technology.
Operating Cloud Video Platform technology for remote attendees.
Undertaking general administrative tasks during non-court hours.
Liaising with Adjudicators and Court Sections.
Completing front sheets with court results and swearing in witnesses as required.
Providing assistance in the post room or other office areas as needed.???? Key Competencies: We're seeking individuals who possess:
