Counterbalance FLT Operator Wanted in Poole
Location: Poole, Dorset
Salary: £11.80 per hour + Overtime opportunities
Type: Temp to Perm (6 months)
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck during production to manufacture and process concrete block paving.
Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials.
Maintain accurate records of inventory and daily activities.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Conduct routine maintenance checks on forklift equipment.
Assist in warehouse organisation and cleanliness.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (12-hour shifts)
Overtime: Sundays, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (£23.60 per hour)
Qualifications:
Valid Counterbalance Forklift License.
Proven experience as a forklift operator.
Strong understanding of health and safety protocols.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and precision.
Reliable, punctual, and a good team player.

Initial Period: For the first 12 weeks, one of the two 30-minute daily breaks will be unpaid. After 12 weeks, enjoy full entitlement to paid breaks and an aligned hourly rate.
