We are recruiting for counterbalance drivers at Tewkesbury.
You will assist to load and unload stock ready for distribution. These will be a variety of dairy products in a chilled environment.
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking driver to join our team. As a Counterbalance driver, you will be responsible for various tasks related to the efficient operation of the warehouse. This includes loading and unloading products, managing inventory, and operating warehouse equipment such as counter-balance track.

Required Skills:
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift objects (up to 14KG)
- Knowledge of materials handling techniques and best practices
- Experience operating hand counterbalance track or other warehouse equipment
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, and operating instructions

Pay Rate: £12 p/h (£12.60 p/h after 1st of April 2024)
Overtime over 40 hours £15 p/h (£15.75 p/h after 1st of April 2024)
Temporary ongoing contract with permanent opportunity

Shifts are rotating weekly as below:
Monday to Friday
7am – 4.30 pm and following week 9am – 6.30 pm
Saturday
7am – 4.30 pm
( one day rest day in the week, working Saturdays as per your rota)
This job is a temporary role to a permanent after 12 weeks for right candidates.
