Brook Street are working with our client to source an experienced Receptionist/Administrator
Location of LDerry/Derry, temp on going position working Monday - Friday (Apply online only)
In this role your duties would include
-Required to provide basic advice on Housing benefit and universal credit enquiries.
-Accounts and arrears enquiries including taking payments.
-Repair requests and follow up on outstanding repairs on the customer`s behalf.
-Planned maintenance schemes/planned programmes within the area.
-Provision of documentation to the customer, for example, proof of receipt of Housing Benefit.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years` experience in a similar role with an excellent understanding of IT/Microsoft proficiency
An access NI check will be required.
5 GCSE A-C along with 1 years` experience is essential
In return you will be paid an hourly rate of £11.98 paid weekly, with 34 days of Annual leave including 12 bank holidays.
