My client in Central London is looking to appoint a talented Councillor Development Adviser on a Contract basis.
The role will lead the design and implementation of a new approach to member / councillor development.
About the role:
Based in Greater London (Hybrid):
Deliver a complete learning needs analysis
Design a councillor development strategy
Implement and deliver a councillor development programme
Draw on best practices published by the LGA and fulfilling the requirements of the LGA's Councillor Development CharterAbout you:
You will have the following experiences:
Expertise in learning and development
Previous experience working with councillors and senior officers
Previous project management experience
Local Authority experience is extremely beneficialWhat's on offer:
Salary: £500 per day (Inside IR35)*negotiable based on experience

Contract type: 3-6 month minimum
Hours: 09:00ach -17:00 Monday to Friday
