Your new role
As a Corporate & International Tax Manager, you'll play a key role in advising large corporate clients on UK and international tax matters. You'll manage complex tax projects, build long-term client relationships, and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-impact solutions.Your responsibilities will include:

Advising on UK and international tax issues for large corporate clients
Managing compliance obligations including tax return submissions and tax accounting/reporting
Leading and developing teams, mentoring colleagues, and managing stakeholder relationships
Identifying new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and client engagement
Collaborating creatively to solve complex tax challenges and deliver strategic insightsYou'll work closely with Senior Managers, Directors, and Partners, with a dedicated coach to support your development and wellbeing.

What you'll need to succeed

A professional tax qualification (e.g. ACA, ATT, CTA, CA, ACCA or international equivalent) or equivalent work experience
Strong UK corporate tax knowledge, including reviewing tax computations and accounting disclosures
Experience advising large corporate clients on UK and international tax matters
Sound accounting knowledge and ability to interpret statutory accounts
Proven leadership experience and ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders
Business development experience and a proactive approach to identifying client opportunities
Confidence in discussing broader UK and global business issues with clientsWhat you'll get in return
