Our client, a highly regarded firm based in Birmingham, is seeking a talented legal professional to join their growing corporate team. The Role:
As a Corporate Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice to a broad range of clients, from SMEs to large corporations. You will be working on a variety of corporate matters, including but not limited to:
* Mergers and acquisitions
* Corporate governance and compliance
* Private equity and venture capital transactions
* Joint ventures and shareholder agreements
* Commercial contracts

Key Responsibilities:
* Advising clients on complex corporate transactions
* Drafting and negotiating key legal documentation
* Managing and developing client relationships
* Working closely with colleagues across multiple disciplines to deliver comprehensive legal solutions
* Providing strategic commercial advice to clients
Requirements:
* Qualified solicitor with 4+ years PQE in corporate law
* Strong experience in handling mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and corporate finance matters
* Excellent technical skills with a keen eye for detail
* Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team
* Commercially astute with a client-focused approach
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
