Position Overview: They are seeking a talented and experienced Corporate Solicitor to join their dynamic team in Gloucester. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing expert legal advice and support to our corporate clients, assisting them with a wide range of corporate transactions and legal matters. Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, and corporate governance.

Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, prospectuses, and transactional documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Conduct legal research and analysis to support client matters and stay updated on developments in corporate law and regulations.

Participate in negotiations and assist clients in achieving favorable outcomes in corporate transactions and disputes.

Manage client relationships effectively, maintaining clear and open communication and providing timely updates and advice.

Work collaboratively with other members of the legal team and support colleagues on various projects and initiatives.

Handle a diverse caseload efficiently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years of experience practicing corporate law.

Solid understanding of corporate law principles, regulations, and best practices.

Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to draft clear and concise legal documents.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly and persuasively.

Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services and building lasting client relationships.

Membership in the Law Society of England and Wales (or equivalent) is preferred but not required.
