Description:

Niyaa people are looking for a Building Surveyor to join one of our corporate landlord clients in Leicestershire. Our client is a large public sector organisation that owns and manages a wide variety of commercial and public property. Ranging from industrial units to grade 2 listed former factories their portfolio has some impressive buildings that are in need of full building fabric surveys.

This is a contract vacancy 6 months, with a daily rate of £375 - £400 per day. This role falls outside of IR35.

Building Surveyor duties:
·To undertake condition and building fabric surveys on our clients stock
·To provide a full report on the condition of the property
·To suggest and plan improvement works to the properties, with a view to improve energy efficiency

Experience required for the Building Surveyor role:
·Demonstratable building pathology knowledge
·Experience in dealing with commercial and corporate property
·Experience in decarbonisation
