Join our friendly team as a Corporate Policy Coordinator
Are you organised, collaborative and interested in helping to shape clear, practical policies that support colleagues and customers? If you enjoy working with people, bringing information together and making things easier to understand, this could be a great opportunity for you.
About the role: At MTVH, we are committed to creating policies and procedures that are clear, helpful and easy to use. As our Corporate Policy Coordinator, you will work with teams across the business to help keep our policies up to date, aligned with our values and compliant with internal standards, regulatory requirements and legislation.
In this role, you will:
• Support the development and review of policies and procedures
• Work with colleagues across different teams to gather insight, feedback and information
• Help ensure our documents meet relevant regulations, standards and business requirements
• Provide helpful support and guidance on policy-related queries
What we offer:
• A welcoming and supportive team environment
• Opportunities to build your knowledge and develop your skills
• The chance to contribute to work that makes a meaningful difference for colleagues and customers
What you'll bring:
We're looking for someone who is proactive, organised and comfortable working with detail. You do not need to know everything from day one — what matters most is your ability to communicate clearly, work well with others and take pride in producing accurate, useful information.
You'll be a good fit if you have:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Clear communication skills and the confidence to work with different colleagues
• A good eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
• The ability to work independently while also being part of a supportive team
