Corporate M+A Lawyer: Bristol

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on corporate mergers and acquisitions (M+A) and private equity (PE) transactions. As an Associate with ideally 3-5 years of post-qualification experience, you will be responsible for achieving your personal goals while supporting the development of your junior colleagues.

Our client's team is known for their fast-paced, exciting, and innovative approach. Through a combination of legal expertise, transactional knowledge, and industry insight, they shape the commercial landscape and provide tailored solutions to their clients.

In this role, you will work on a variety of complex mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and equity capital market deals. Clients range from multinational corporations and financial institutions to early stage businesses, partnerships, co-operative societies, high net worth individuals, and investors.

To be successful in this role:

You should have relevant experience working on corporate M+A and PE transactions.
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to manage a complex workload effectively.
A self-motivated and willing-to-learn mindset is crucial, coupled with experience in leading others to develop their skills and knowledge.
You must be a registered lawyer with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) or the Law Society of Scotland.Our client prides themselves on their professional yet progressive working environment.
