A rare opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Immigration Solicitor to make the move in-house and join a dynamic and innovative organisation based in the West Midlands. This is a newly created role working closely with the Head of Legal and you will take overall responsibility for all immigration matters within the organisation.

Responsibilities:

Day to day this will be a varied role where you will provide advice on matters such as:

Home-office sponsored management system
Visa applications
Sponsor licences
Compliance requirements
Employment strategyQualifications:

A UK qualified Solicitor with experience advising on corporate immigration matters - PLEASE NOTE: we would be happy to review candidates with personal immigration experience should they have previously used the home-office sponsored management system and have some employment law experience
Strong knowledge UK immigration matters.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment. The business are offering a competitive salary and they have adopted a flexible working policy with around 1 / 2 times per month on-site in the West Midlands.
