We are searching for a highly skilled and dedicated Corporate Communities Consultations Manager. As the Interim Engagement and Participation Manager and Strategic Lead for Corporate Community Engagement, you will have the opportunity to impact our operations and your professional development significantly.

Responsibility

The Corporate Communities Consultations Manager will ensure that consultation knowledge is effectively utilised. This includes analysing data, evaluating, and working closely with residents and service users to provide intelligence that benefits service users.

Qualification – Essential

* GCSE Grade A-C (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics.

* Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, communications, public relations, or related field experience.

* Advanced –Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Social Media.

Essential - Skills, Abilities & Experience

* Demonstrable experience in developing, delivering, and evaluating research and consultation within the public or private sector.

* Ability to develop, implement and monitor communication strategies and plans.

* Experience coordinating and delivering consultation activity within the Community Engagement team’s corporate engagement projects.

* Experience developing and implementing communication and marketing plans, campaigns, and projects.

* Ability to fully evaluate an operational place, meet tight deadlines and deliver within a budget.

* Ability to prepare and share both accessible and detailed reports on consultation outcomes

* Prepare and share both accessible and detailed reports on consultation outcomes.

* Significant experience organising online and face-to-face consultation events, ensuring they are well managed, participated in and attended, and delivered on time and within budget constraints.

* Share the necessary skills and tools with the community to support their involvement in developing and designing consultations and responding to live consultation opportunities.

* Experience in enabling residents to contribute to the design consultation activity ensures that residents are at the heart of plans, service developments, and improvements.

* Knowledge of delivering consultation activity within agreed quality and time parameters whilst meeting operational and residents' requirements.

* Experience in community engagement, especially hard-to-reach or vulnerable groups.

* Demonstrate experience in managing direct and indirect consultancy/contracting staff.

* Knowledge of health and safety regulations and legislation provisions, Data Protection/GDPR, and Equal Opportunities and Customer Care policies.

* Experience undertaking employee investigations, hearings and appeals policies and procedures.

* Knowledge of designing, managing, and delivering face-to-face and online consultations.

* Experience in coordinating the use of consultation portal applications

* Proven knowledge of Commonplace | Citizen Engagement Platform) to enhance the quality and impact of consultations delivered.

* Able to ensure statutory and legal compliance around consultation practices and delivery.

* Experience liaising with the community engagement officer to support coordination and attending community meetings, forums and focus groups alongside potential third-sector organisations.

Essential Compliance Requirements

* Two Years of References.
