A rapidly expanding full-service firm with several offices across the UK are looking for a corporate and commercial lawyer to join their London office.

The Corporate & Commercial Lawyer's Role

The successful Corporate & Commercial Associate Lawyer will work with a diverse caseload for a variety of clients.

The Corporate & Commercial Associate Lawyer will work with clients in a range of matters such as mergers & Acquisitions, capital fund-raising, and joint ventures.

The Corporate & Commercial Associate Lawyer will also work with clients advising them on a range of business legal issues.

Qualified solicitor in England and Wales
Experience working in corporate and commercial
Experience working with a diverse range of companies
Excellent interpersonal skills
