Service Desk Coordinator
Are you interested in joining an established business in the FM industry? If you have experience as a coordinator/scheduler, this opportunity is ideal for you!
In this role, you will be responsible for directing engineering resources to meet customer deadlines, and assisting in achieving targets. The position involves working an average of 32.5 hours per week, with condensed shifts over a 4-week rotation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and organise the team's workload
- Direct engineering resources to meet customer deadlines
- Assist in delivering customer KPIs to meet targets
- Assess customer and engineer needs to maintain balance in a busy environment
- Understand customer contracts and contribute to achieving KPI targets
