Our Client is a forward-thinking and innovative law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to our clients. Our client's firm has grown substantially in recent years, and we are now looking to expand our Residential Conveyancing team with a talented and driven solicitor.

Job Description:
We are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with 1-2 years PQE to join our client's dynamic team. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of residential property transactions, providing high-quality service to their clients from instruction to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Conduct thorough title investigations and prepare detailed reports on title.
- Draft and review contracts, transfer deeds, and other legal documents associated with residential conveyancing.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process to ensure smooth and timely transactions.
- Handle exchange of contracts and completion procedures efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements, including anti-money laundering regulations and GDPR.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the case management system.
- Provide excellent client service and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and support.
- Assist senior solicitors and contribute to team projects as needed.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Qualified solicitor with 1-2 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
- Solid understanding of residential conveyancing procedures and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to conduct thorough title investigations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in using case management systems and legal software.
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload efficiently.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Commitment to providing high-quality legal services and client care.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to team goals.
