Conveyancing Solicitor
Location: Garstang, Lancashire
Salary: Up to £40k + Excellent Benefits
Full-Time, Permanent, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
The Client:
Our client is a well-established legal firm, providing comprehensive legal services encompassing conveyancing, personal injury claims, wills, estate, probate matters, and more.
The Role:
As a Conveyancing Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload independently within a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage the progression of files from initiation to completion.
Attend client meetings to discuss legal matters.
Utilise Microsoft Office and bespoke case management software.
Uphold the reputable image of the firm.
Requirements:
Previously worked as a Solicitor or in a similar role.
Minimum 1-year PQE in Residential Conveyancing.
Background in handling Residential Conveyancing tasks such as sales, purchases, transfers, and providing independent legal advice.
Strong Computer and typing skills.
Strong attention to detail and communication abilities.
Full UK driving licence.
