Conveyancing Solicitor
Due to continued growth our client one of the leading regional law firms in London and South East LEXCEL accredited. Offering a full range of legal advice to business and individual clients, have an opportunity for a qualified Conveyancing Solicitor to join there Solihull office.

The role
* Handling your own caseload of property matters with minimum supervision with support staff
* Drafting and negotiating transfer of land, transfer of part and transfer of property
* Drafting new leases
* Raising enquiries on purchase transactions, dealing with enquiries on sale transactions and managing a case file from instruction and commencement to post completion
* Dealing with re-mortgages, equity release, transfer of equity
* Processing commons and village green applications
* Processing adverse possession claims
* Drafting and negotiating Deed of Covenants , Deed of Variation, Deed of Easement
* Drafting and negotiating commercial leases
* Completing and processing land registry applications and dealing with Requisitions
* Responding to client queries regarding Title or Lease terms
Experience Required
* Applications from qualified solicitors , Legal Executives 2 yr + PQE , Those that fall outside this bracket will also be considered
* Ideally you will possess some supervisor experience
* You will be organised, proactive and a team player
* Ability to achieve realistic monthly targets
* Enthusiasm for networking and practice development
* Friendly working environment
* Statutory pension scheme, 22 days annual holiday plus bank holidays and Christmas closure
* Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm
