Description:
We are currently assisting our legal client recruit for a highly professional Legal Secretary with a conveyancing bacground.
The successful candidate will provide first class legal services, support and assistance on residential files on a full time basis.
Daily Responsibilities:
* Handle all incoming calls in a professional manner
* Handle any queries and provide updates as required
* Assist in the management of residential freehold and leasehold files
* Assist in processing cases on a timely and cost-effective basis
* Drafting and completion of Legal documentation
* Managing online client forms, ensuring accuracy
* Liaising with Estate Agents and Solicitors
* Preparing and sending offer details for clients
* Liaising with Mortgage Lenders
* Applying to Land Registry for documents
* Obtaining redemption statements
* Diary Management
Desirable Experience /Skill Sets:
* Proven Legal Secretarial background gained within Conveyancing
* High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
* Strong IT skills - MS applications
* Strong communication skills – across all levels (written and verbal)
* The ability to remain calm in pressured situations
* Effective prioritisation skills with the ability to meet time sensitive deadlines
