Description
Draft and review legal documents related to conveyancing transactions.
Conduct property searches and prepare reports for clients.
Liaise with clients, solicitors and other third parties to progress transactions.
Manage case files and ensure compliance with legal procedures.
Provide updates to clients on the progress of their cases.
Handle post-completion tasks, including the registration of titles.
