I am working with a well-established law firm based in Runcorn who are looking to strengthen their property team with an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal.
This is a great opportunity for someone with solid residential conveyancing experience who is looking to join a supportive team, with excellent opportunities for development and progression.
The Role
Supporting the residential conveyancing team across a varied caseload
Managing and progressing your own matters with support from experienced fee earners
Dealing with sales, purchases, remortgages and other residential property matters
Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders and other relevant parties
Preparing and reviewing legal documentation
Ensuring matters progress efficiently and within required timescales
Providing a high level of client care throughout the conveyancing process
About You
Previous experience within a residential conveyancing role is essential
Good understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction through to completion
Experience managing and progressing your own caseload
Strong organisational and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
