Paralegal / Conveyancing Assistant
Location: Leicester
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Working pattern: Full time office
We are looking for an experienced Paralegal or Conveyancing Assistant to join an established property team.
This is an opportunity for someone who already has a solid understanding of residential conveyancing and wants to continue developing their experience within a supportive team.
The role
Supporting fee earners with residential conveyancing matters
Assisting with sales, purchases, remortgages and other property transactions
Preparing and reviewing legal documentation
Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties
Carrying out property searches and dealing with enquiries
Assisting with exchange and completion
Maintaining accurate case management records
Supporting the wider conveyancing team to ensure matters progress efficiently
About you
Previous experience within residential conveyancing is essential
Experience as a Conveyancing Assistant, Paralegal or similar role
Good understanding of the conveyancing process
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Excellent attention to detail
Confident communicating with clients and third parties
Able to manage priorities and work effectively as part of a team
Keen to develop their knowledge and career within conveyancing
