Anderson Knight is delighted to be partnering with a highly respected and progressive legal firm in North Lanarkshire to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and growing firm known for its outstanding client service and modern approach to legal practice. Working within a supportive and collaborative team, you’ll manage a varied caseload of residential and/or commercial conveyancing transactions while building strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

Manage your own caseload of residential and/or commercial conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion.
*
Prepare and review legal documentation including contracts, leases, dispositions, and settlement paperwork.
*
Conduct property searches, title reviews, and due diligence checks with accuracy and attention to detail.
*
Build strong relationships with clients, lenders, estate agents, and third parties to ensure transactions progress smoothly.
*
Maintain compliant and organised case files while supporting excellent client service throughout each transaction.
*
Work closely with solicitors and colleagues to meet deadlines and achieve successful outcomes.
About You
*
Previous experience within a Conveyancing Paralegal or similar property-focused legal role.
*
Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial conveyancing processes.
*
Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions effectively.
*
A proactive and detail-focused approach with strong client service skills.
*
Experience using case management systems and Microsoft Office.
