is excited to present an excellent opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join a leading regional law firm providing high-quality legal services to families and businesses across the region.

This full-time role is based in their Taunton office, offering the chance to be part of a professional and friendly environment.

As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will play a pivotal role in managing a busy workload, utilising your ability to work well under pressure and exercise initiative.

Conveyancing Paralegal Responsibilities:

Assisting in the progression of conveyancing transactions, including exchanging contracts, dealing with completions, preparing contracts, transfers, trust deeds, and correspondence

Handling completion statements, raising solicitors' invoices, and drafting contracts

Taking instructions from and liaising with clients

Undertaking online searches and completing Land Registry and SDLT forms online

Providing secretarial assistance to residential conveyancing lawyers, both on-site and remotely as required

Participating in reception and post/DX cover rotas

Producing documents using the firm's case management software

Demonstrating excellent administrative and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail

Exhibiting effective written and verbal communication abilities

Conveyancing Paralegal Requirements:

You will ideally have a law degree or equivalent qualification.

Proven experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal

Ability to manage a demanding workload and work under pressure

Strong initiative and problem-solving skills

Excellent attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
