Overview:
SF Recruitment's Proffesional services division is seeking experienced Paralegal Assistants with a background in conveyancing to join a legal firm offering comprehensive legal support. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy residential property team and handle a diverse range of matters, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, new builds, and leaseholds.
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated paralegal who can confidently manage their own caseload while working under the supervision of a team leader. Strong IT proficiency and familiarity with case management systems are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a busy caseload, including conducting title checks, raising and reviewing enquiries, and reporting findings
Order, check, and report on routine property searches
Review mortgage offers and communicate with clients, estate agents, and lenders
Provide support to the Team Leader and assist other team members as needed
Proactively seek and develop new business opportunities and maintain strong organisational skills
Requirements:
Background in conveyancing
Strong IT proficiency and familiarity with case management systems
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to manage own caseload
Team player with strong communication skills
