Anderson Knight is proud to be working in partnership with a well-regarded law firm in South Lanarkshire to appoint an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and expanding legal practice with a strong reputation for providing high-quality legal services across the property sector. The Opportunity

As part of the property team, you will be responsible for supporting and managing conveyancing transactions from initial instruction through to completion. You will work closely with solicitors, clients, and third parties to ensure matters are progressed efficiently and to the highest professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

Handle a varied caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing transactions.

Prepare, draft, and review a range of legal documents, including dispositions, contracts, leases, and transfer documentation.

*

Carry out title examinations, property searches, and due diligence checks.

*

Monitor transactions and maintain accurate case records, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are met.

*

Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, lenders, estate agents, and other stakeholders involved in the transaction process.

*

Assist with settlements, registrations, and post-completion matters.

*

Provide a high level of client service, ensuring clear communication throughout each transaction.

About You

*

Previous experience working as a Conveyancing Paralegal within residential and/or commercial property.

*

Sound knowledge of Scottish conveyancing processes and procedures.

*

Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.

*

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

*

Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and client-facing skills.

*

Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.

*

Positive, proactive, and professional approach to work.
