Our client in the Birmingham area is looking for a Paralegal to operate within the Conveyancing sector due to continued business growth!
Benefits:
Salary £24,000 to £33,000 per annum.
Hours of work - Monday to Friday - 08:30am to 17:00pm - 37.5hr week.
28 Days Holiday (Including Bank Holidays)

Roles & Responsibilities:
Supporting on conveyancing caseloads, which predominantly relate to Trusts.
Utilising the in-house case management software to submit and track caseloads.
Assisting the busy Property department with day-to-day administrative tasks
Preparing initial documents involved in the conveyancing process.
Monitoring deadlines and updating the calendar
Submitting cases to the Land Registry.
You will also be answering calls, email, and postal correspondence.
Required Skills & Experience:
Previous experience within a similar setting supporting fee earners within a busy Residential Property Team
Passionate about people and the Residential Property sector
An ambitious, motivated individual paralegal looking for a long-term career development.
You will have excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise your work accordingly.
Attention to detail and numeracy skills.
Good interpersonal skills and confidence in liaising with others.
